Refund & Delivery Policy

Our services are digital and are currently delivered via the Internet only. After your requirements have been finalized we process the first payment for your respective order, whether it’s the mobilization payment for a software project or an upfront payment for our content and design services, including but not limited to copywriting and log designing.

Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the services we provide and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the services provided to you in terms of the content or design requirements you provided, we will will happily issue you a refund if you can justifiably prove, with documentation of correspondence, that the end product is not in line with the requirements that were finalized.

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original payment.

Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed for you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
